The following services are provided for our Owner, Developer, Institutional and Lender clients:

Pre-Construction Evaluation for Lenders – performance of construction loan due diligence, including our judgment and opinion of the adequacy of construction drawings, specifications, construction budgets, schedules, site investigations, permitting, and contract agreements.

Construction Monitoring – regular monitoring of construction work in progress for quality control, evaluation of progress payment requests, compliance with contract terms, including adherence to schedules, budgets and construction industry standard practices.  Timely reports with digital photography are typically provided.  

Project Management – management of the pre-design and construction phases, including site selection, site investigation and site plan approval.  Assistance in the selection of architects, engineers, and general contractors as well as preparation and negotiation of contract agreements.  Preparation and regular monitoring of budgets and schedules.  Perform services of Owner’s Representative during the design, construction and project close-out phases, including preparation of regular formal project status reports.

Litigation Support – assistance with case review, expert witness testimony and claims preparation as well as recommendations regarding selection of expert witnesses.

General – assist construction firms with individual projects and with evaluation and general training.  Assist clients with conflict resolution and third party arbitration.  Conduct training workshops and seminars designed for lenders, business owners, and contractors.


Property Condition Assessments – physical examination and evaluation of properties in connection with acquisition and refinancing.  This includes arranging for and managing specialist investigations if required.

Maintenance Reserve Analysis – evaluation of deferred maintenance expenses and estimates for capital reserve budgets
